  We had a rental car but did not have directions from the Linate airport in Milan to the Rege. The hotel happily and immediately sent out a shuttle for us to follow back to the hotel.   The hotel staff was very friendly and mapped everything out for us on how to get to the metro station to the sites to see and the places to go eat. Nice touch with chocolates on the pillow each night, breakfast was great with scrambled eggs and bacon and fruit smoothies. A wide variety and held us over until dinner.   What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design. The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing. Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each. The porters were very helpful in the lugga - the hotel is the best i like every thing staff is very polite ,helpfull in reception earea thiey know how to deal with customer they smile & welo=come all the time even if they guide us to visit place in milan or other round city they ask about feed back if we inerested or not they take care of small details to keep us confort & enjoy..food is delicious ..hotel location is amazing next to all famous brand & gallria only ten minutes walking ..room design is amazing i like flower prin
