  Front desk/reception staffs are friendly and provide very helpful information about what to do and where to go - My room was comfortable and clean. There was no problem with late returns. I did not spend much time at the hotel, but used it as a base for other activities

  We had a rental car but did not have directions from the Linate airport in Milan to the Rege. The hotel happily and immediately sent out a shuttle for us to follow back to the hotel.   Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό, και το ξενοδοχείο σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία - i could check in before 12 o'clock; the staff was always very polite; the room was nice (but small!) - Rooms were to a very high standard, small yet lovely and 20 min walkfrom Dormo centre of Milan, breakfast was great in choice and value
