The location is perfect. The staff, especially main guy (goatee guy), were v. helpful and friendly. They arranged our gondola ride and answered our questions fully. The hotel is positioned in a quiet side street and was a tad more expensive than we usually pay for our city breaks but we thought it was good value in relation to the other hotels in the area.
But it was well furnished and we had the canal view, which was lovely.
But the bed was extra- large and very comfy.

Very central boutique hotel within 5 mins of St Marks......loved the gondolas passing the door of the hotel & some had singers/guitar players ....the singing was brilliant !!!
The staff were all friendly & very helpful. The room we had was a junior suite & for 3 women sharing was a bit on the small side but we managed. I would recommend that the hotel get rid of the excercise bike & replace it with a chest of drawers or another wardrobe !!!!

All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.

Location, comfortable, customer-friendly staff and owner, closer to the Train station and other main tourist areas. Had no issue what to so ever in terms of noise.
Overall it has been such a pleasant experience for us as a family and would like to recommend to visit this place.

The location at the ghetto and near all the main atractions of Venice,
but not at a place very crowdly. The saff is amazing at is a kosher
breakfast hotel near a good kosher restaurants and pizzaria and
synagogues. They have a very good air conditioned.
