Very friendly staff and clean room. Very comfortable beds .The breakfast
was also very good and on informing the staff I was coeliac before
visiting they were happy to accommodate me with wheat free bread free of
charge. The location was excellent a few minutes from the accadamia
bridge and waterbus. I would certainly stay there again and also
recommend this hotel.

The location was fantastic. Quiet location away from the hustle but very quick and wasy walk. The hotel is much more attractive than the photos show. αν και οταν φτασαμε φοβηθηκαμε γιατι ηταν πολυ παλιο απο εξω τα δωματιαηταν πολυ καλα καθαρα αν και απο οτι ειδα την ημερα τησ αναχωρησεισειχαν ξεκινησει εργασειεσ επισκευησ απο εξω τελικα ολα καλα - The staff was extrememly helpful. All spoke excellent English. The breakfast was also top notch. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Note

Located right across the bridge from the train station and next to the vaporetta station we were able to see and do everything with little effort. We spent only one night in Venezia. It was raining all day. But because of this Nice hotel, we felt very cozy, pleasant atmosphere. In addition wanted to stay there a few more days. But we couldn't because of Schedule..Receptionist Loretta was very kind! Thank you! - Great location, nice and quiet but then you're in San Marco in 10mins by the water

Location - central to everything we did. Staff was top notch in everything with recommendations, directions, service. Loved the old-world feel of the place. Room was kept very clean. Loved the breakfast outside in the morning and people watching in the square. -

Very friendly! They make you feel number 1 as a guest! Little cute breakfastroom but everything you need is there. The hotel is absolutely central in Venezia, San Marco and Rialto are really near, Lido in 20 Minutes by Boat. Next boatstation (Sant' Angelo) is about a minute away.

θερμανση, τοποθεσια, πρωινο - The location was excellent as expected however the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful...this was somewhat surprising after reading some poor reviews but very very welcome. - The Hotel was easily accessible from the Waterbus stop and near restaurants and bars. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
