fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

We had two days in Rome and this was the perfect hotel for it.
Location: Less than a 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. We were able to easily walk to the Coliseum/Roman Forum, Spanish Steps and Pantheon (and take the hop-on, hop-off bus to the Vatican). We were even able to see most sites both during the day and at night (Coliseum and Trevi are

The whole experience was fantastic. We felt as thought we were exclusive, within the luxurious estate, and could not fault the prompt assistance from the staff.
The breakfast was superb.
Recommendations by staff , including bookings for restaurants were also well managed. Our room was a Palatial size bedroom and ensuite complete with deep bath. 24 hour concierge was also a secure comfort.
Highly recommended for a stay.

lots of space in the appartments - quiet position within a busy city - very convenient for sight seeing, especially via hope on buses - wonderful big windows which openned!! - Clean, comfortable apartment with separate living room with akitchenette, has ac, located in a peaceful area (5 minutes from forum)and is within walking distance to all Rome

Great location! We were able to walk to almost everywhere. Close to all of the historical sights, food and shopping. If you could not get there by foot, the subway and busses were easily accessible. Everyone was very professional and kind. Provided ideas on what to do and places to eat. The complementary fruit, water, coffee/tea, nuts and chocolates were a nice touch! Thanks, we will come again if ever in Rome in the future. -
