  Everything was amazing, very clean place, very friendly, we got served a breakfast by a lovely lady she really took good care of us, the street is very nice, you can find anything you want, perfect for young generation because a university is located near the place so you can find young people gathering around every night, singing, playing music..... τι λέει ο κόσμος » etc the place is just 10 mins walking from the main train station Termini, and from there you can reach any place you want. all i can say, when i'm g - If you need to stay 1-2 days and then travel to the airport or by train from Roma Termini, it is a good place. Walking time from the station 20 minutes, but you better print a map how to get there from the station ( this place is outside of free maps which you can get in the tourist office). Our room was small (would be inconvinient to stay there long time), but clean and nicely designed. The person who met us was very friendly, offered us coffee/water/juice when arrived.

  The staff was great, the wifi worked really well, the location was excellent for walking to Roma Termini, Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain etc. There's also a close metro stop or Roma Termini if you want to metro to Vatican City. Customer service is excellent, our keys ready when we arrived & no waiting time.

Good sound insulation from the street (there is a daily street market daily just outside).   We had a very pleasant stay in the B&B Roma Central. Our room was more than big enough for two guests, very clean and very cozy. And in addition the balcony was a great benefit. The room has a fridge and a TV with nearly endless channels in different languages. There is a great supply of very good and not too expensive restaurants nearby the apartment. So, everything was - B & B Roma, was everything we expected. Good location, close enough to the train station to collect our car, near the metro, but in excellent walking distance of most of the sites of Rome. The apartment was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated, with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and hairdryer. Being in a courtyard the apartment was so quiet at night which made a great sleeping place. A small useful shared kitchen was available, we made sandwiches for lunch each day to keep

  My girlfriend and I booked a room in Esedra mainly because of its good location, 10min walk from Termini, 15min from Trevi Fountain area and 2min from the nearest metro station. The room was pretty neat, really clean, the bathroom was one of the nicest we had in Italy, it had a massage shower, which was pretty cool. We spent our stay in Rome partying, so we enjoyed the 24h free coffee machine the next day a lo - The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Being an easy walk from the train stations was also a big plus.
