The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a nice

The owners of Residenza Rioni made this stay so enjoyable. Choosing what we wanted to eat for breakfast and at what time it was to be delivered to our room was a very nice quality- especially when your visit to Rome is short and you want to start your day early.
The owners took care of our flight needs, including calling us a taxi and printing out our boarding passes.
The rooms we also extremely clean.

It was very quiet away from all the maddening crowds, close to bank machines/metro stop and the romans away from the tourist sections were very nice. Also the rooms were very fresh/clean/air conditioning worked great after the heat/dust from the city. Breakfast was very good and if asking for a cappucino it was made for you. The location is very central, 2 minutes to Lepanto metro station/bus tops, 10 - 30 minutes walking to most major sites of Rome (which is great considering the horrible public transportation network in Rome. I held a Roma pass but ended up walking all the time). The neighborhood is clean and safe, with lots of hotels and offices around so you would have no trouble walking late at night. I love the vintage design inside the hotel, and my room (the cheapest type) looks new and much more beautiful

The best thing about Locanda del Vaticano was the kitchen facilities. To be able to cook your own meals is great when travelling on a small budget. The owner was very friendly and I felt very safe in the apartment. Being in a residential block meant that security was very good and you didn't stand out as tourists. I liked location, a few metres from metro. The single room is in minimal style but it is enought to relax and bathroom is rather big. Trere is a big good kitchen. Guesthouse is situated near river and not far from Villa Borgese, so I had opportunity to walk in nice places.

The Owner is an interesting lady who keeps the place in a perfect way.
Room are spacious with a large bathroom. The guest house is on the 3th
floor of a old nice building. It is really nice and you will have the
feeling to be in house more than a Hotel. It is safe and well located.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων, το δωμάτιο ήταν εξοπλισμένο και άνετο σε ήσυχη περιοχή και κοντά στη πιάτσα Navone, τον Τίβερη και το Βατικανό. - δεν υπήρχε ηχορύπανση (εσωτερική-εξωτερική), καθαρό, πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα (με τα πόδια ή το μετρό) και στο κέντρο της πόλης.

We wanted a place close enough to the Vatican City, metro and bus stop
so we can eat breakfast in the morning and not come back until we were
done enjoying Rome for the day. This is just what we wanted. Nice place,
no luxuries but with great staff and outstanding service. Fresh

It was my husband's and my first trip to Rome.
The location to the Vatican n most of the famous sights in Rome was fantastic. It took us 10 mins to walk to meet our tour guide for the St Peter Bacilica and Sistine Chapel tour. We walked everywhere, as it was .very easy and convenient.

Great location - 10 min. walk from Vatican! Subway and other public transport is nearby. Good for car travellers - it's possible to find a parking place in front of the hotel.
Great variety of breakfast (we were able to choose what we would like). Big and clean room! Nice view from the window. Gabi and all the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
I would definately recommend this hotel!
