The staff, especially Costanza, were top notch- providing excellent directions and were wonderfully flexible when we had to change our reservation. This is a wonderful base of operations for exploring Florence and the
surrounding area and is a fantastic choice. We were met by Gaetano, who
not only came early on a Sunday to let us into the apartment per our
special request after traveling all night with an infant, but also gave
us a short tour of the neighborhood, pointing out the important sp

etc.). Not only did he orient us to the neighborhood, he then took us

We have liked absolutely all. We were in the apartment « Belvedere »
which has a little balcony with a wonderful view. The apartment is
perfectly equipped and the main bed very comfortable. The folding bed
(sofa) in the living room is comfortable as well, but it’s necessary to
fold it every morning, or else the access to the balcony would be
limited. The sofa, when it’s folded is not too comfortable, maybe it
would need to be renewed, but it’s just a detail. All the rest of

My partner and I stayed here in August for 2 nights. We were welcomed by David who was incredibly helpful and recommended two restaurants in the local area that were out of this world and very reasonable for the quality! Could not want a better location just minutes from Ponte Vecchio on the quieter side of the river. The apartment was fantastic a

The suite was more than fantastic; the staff were caring and attentive; couldn't have been more helpful; the beds were Devine; the spa relaxing and the best position just near the bridge. Please go and stay with them you just couldn't find a bettervplace in Florence
