Location was very convenient. Hotel was beautiful, room was confortable, spacious with private bathroom. Staff was very helpful in giving information about local tours. - We had stayed at three hotels in different cities prior to our stay inFlorence. All four of us agreed it was far superior to any other hotelwe stayed in.

Nothing much to say; excellent 5 star hotel. Some minor deficiencies are
due to the hotel being a renovated Medici palace. -

The location=very convenient... 3 blocks from Piazza San Marco and a 10 min walk to il Duomo.. Free internet! - The location of the Hotel was excellent and in walking distance to the centre square and train station. It was easy to have dinner in local restaurants as they were located in the vicinity of the hotel as was the shopping area and tourist attractions like the statue of David. I would recommend this hotel for any future clients as our family really enjoyed our stay there.

We loved the garden (it looks well looked after) and the staff were very helpful and friendly - we'd like to thank Antonio especially for his assistance with our stay. - We liked its central location, that it has a lovely garden in which you can sit and it is located across from a park as well as very near the train station.

The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.

Right when you entered from the main door, you feel an environment of

Everything about this hotel was excellent - it is both close to the train station and the city centre, with a range of restaurants nearby ( helpful when you arrive at 22.00 !). The facilities were impeccible. The weight room was in great condition. Amongst the frenzy of tourists and residents, the hotel was a small oasis. We had all the privacy we could ask for, and yet we were blocks from the duomo and the city center.

Its location was central to the train station, ideal for all site seeing.
