We loved the garden (it looks well looked after) and the staff were very helpful and friendly - we'd like to thank Antonio especially for his assistance with our stay. - We liked its central location, that it has a lovely garden in which you can sit and it is located across from a park as well as very near the train station.

it was cheap, clean and very helpfull staff - Good location, calm environment, friendly Front office staff. Good for short stay and not-too-heavy-luggage travellers ;-)

Staff (Larisa) made us feel at home and was exceptionally friendly andhelpful. Location was perfect for our stay - close to the train stationand major sites. They were five star and great value for money. Lots of room and really lovely to go back to each night after wandering around Florence.

the room is very beautiful, and the view of the resterant is perfect - the location, the old world air, view, terrace and high ceilings of the rooms overlooking the river....the back rooms (standard double) are pretty pokey and depressing
