It has an old façade but was obviously gutted and totally redone inside so the rooms and bathrooms are very modern and comfortable.   Perfect appartment right in the middle of Venice. We picked it, because it was close to Piazzale Roma and the cruise terminal, since we went on a cruise after spending a few days in Venice. The street where the appartment is situated, is a dead end street, which prevends loads of people passing through.   The apartment was very close to the Strada Nouva as stated in the website. It was a nice, clean and comfortable apartment. The staff at Grimaldi Apartments were pleasant and helpful. The Ca'd'ro water bus stop was about 5 minutes walk or less.
