We let them know we were gluten free, and they had a special basket of breakfast goodies for us every day, in addition to their excellent selection of meats and cheeses.

Everything was great.
Very spacious room and a nice welcome with a bottle of champagne (we were travelling on our honeymoon). We enjoyed the view on a small romantic channel with gondolas passing by (there are some rooms with windows overlooking the Grand Canal).
Excellent location, easy to find and get to (next to a water bus stop),and great for sightseeing and shopping (just a short stroll from San Marco with all designer stores on the way).

When arriving with the vaporetto at the stops of Academia or Zattere, you can go with your luggage trolley to this B&B without CLIMBING over one bridge, just roll ! Probably the nicest place my girlfriend and I stayed at during our trip
through Italy. (Admittedly, we were traveling on a budget and mostly
renting through airbnb.) This is a true B&B, with Massimo and his
wife coming in the morning to make us coffee. They were very friendly,
telling us to make ourselves at home and opening up the various cakes
and pastries in the kitchen. Venice is expensive, but Ca' Santo
Spirito was fairly good value for city.

Everything! Exceptionally clean, very quiet hotel - although hotel was full there was no noise from other guests or from outside. Rooms were new and spacious. The staff were great and very accomadating as they had just opened this location. Had coffe each day waiting outside the room and a bottle of champaign upon arrival.

The two-bedroom suite was great. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The bathroom had an additional room with a 2nd sink, so two adults could easily get cleaned up. The hotel is very convenient to St. Mark's Square just by crossing the Grand Canal via traghetto, and then walking a couple of blocks. We will definitely stay there on any
