Gorgeous, stunning hotel, just like in the pictures. Marble everywhere.
Just gorgeous. Very substantial, varied, and delicious breakfast
included with the price of the stay. Location is described as being sort
of out of the way, but if you are in Rome to see Rome, the chances are

This is a very well appointed hotel that is a pleasure to visit. There
is a lovely garden around the hotel. It was easy for us and our 8 year
old son to walk to all major attractions. The area is quiet at night and
there are excellent nearby restaurants. Breakfast was excellent,
consisting of cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals and
numerous tarts and pastries. The staff were very helpful and provided
maps and outlined the best way to walk to where we wanted to go. Our son

Hotel Manfredi is a small boutique hotel only three blocks from Spanish
Steps. It is located on a quiet street that is known for it's
speciality shopping. The staff is small and the feeling personal. Rooms
small but elegantly appointed. Comfort level high. Small restaurant open
for breakfast and cocktail hour. Great value all around. -

Our room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was perfect with good selection, staff were very friendly. There was a lovely garden terrace where quiet drinks could be enjoyed. Zaiga and Stephanie took care of us with such a friendly customer service, personal touch and they are very helpful for first-time guests in Rome. We stayed in iRooms for three nights. Great location, very comfortable bed, very relaxing, big jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was downstairs in the next door restaurant – lovely traditional Italian breakfast but there is a choice of British, American etc for extra 5Euros. We appreciated very much Zaiga, who was looking after us during our stay. She was extremely helpful with all our requests.
We enjoyed our stay so next time in Rome - definitely iRooms.

My husband & I recently stayed at Les Fleurs and were thoroughly
impressed with the design, the large rooms and most importantly the
service. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay
and the staff was more than accomodating. The rooms & bathrooms are
extremely spacious and modern. The breakfast was great with a lot of

Absolutely amazing day spa area - awesome pool and so much access to
relaxing areas. Food is brilliant in the restaurant. I celebrated my
21st bday in the restaurant and they brought me out a cake free of

Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! The location is excellent and the service was friendly and top-notch.
This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building,
not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't
be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could
find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.
