Everything about this hotel was excellent - it is both close to the train station and the city centre, with a range of restaurants nearby ( helpful when you arrive at 22.00 !). The facilities were impeccible. The weight room was in great condition. Amongst the frenzy of tourists and residents, the hotel was a small oasis. We had all the privacy we could ask for, and yet we were blocks from the duomo and the city center.

Οι παροχές, η τοποθεσία και η σχέση αξίας-τιμής - φιλικο προσωπικο , καλο πρωινο και πολυ καθαρο. η τοποθεσια του ειναι σεπαρα πολυ καλο σημειο , για οσουσ ταξιδευουν με τρενο και παραλληλαθελουν ειναι πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο τησ πολησ.

We loved the garden (it looks well looked after) and the staff were very helpful and friendly - we'd like to thank Antonio especially for his assistance with our stay. - We liked its central location, that it has a lovely garden in which you can sit and it is located across from a park as well as very near the train station.

κοντα στο ιστορικο κεντρο. πας παντου με τα πόδια - We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was! We were "upgraded" to the Waldorf Suites next door and it was amazing! I had stayed there before, so I knew it was walking distance to all the major sites. The fact that is is just across the street from the train station was perfect for us because we took a train into and out of Florence, so the hotel could not have been more convenient for dealing with heavy suitcases.

Very comfortable, stylish and spacious rooms. The garden is specially nice and the pool was a hit with the children. Excellent price/service ratio. - the staff were great , the hotel was amazing -- a very pretty hotel in excellent location

Its location was central to the train station, ideal for all site seeing. The decor - the "watch" theme of the hotel was very well executed and permeated all aspects of design, even down to the taps and mirrors.
The location is ideal - a few minutes walk down the interesting streets and alley of central Florence.

The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.

Right when you entered from the main door, you feel an environment of

Very close to all attractions even though it is stated in a quite street which is a plus for a good night sleep. Clean room, friendly stuff and It is 10 minutes of walk from the main train station. I would like to note that the hotel is the second floor of an historical building. The rooms are spacious (We had a triple room). The lift is very small

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience not staying in a hotel chain but an actual unique hotel. It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.
