The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. Very accommodating staff, made us feel right at home. They really went above and beyond what was expected. Breakfast was good with beautiful views from the top of the hotel of the city. Staff very attentive and friendly, the conceirge at the front desk the day we arrived was excellent in helping to show us where to go and where to eat.

We upgraded our room for a (discounted) 35 Euros per night. We stayed in "The Tower" which was a room on 3 floors with an old stone winding staircase. It was incredible. The top floor (the bedroom) had 360 degree views of Florence for miles. Very romantic and very comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful hotel right in centre of old Florence. Everything you would want to see is just a short pleasant walk away. Our deluxe room was very big, clean and comfortable with a frame bed and huge couch. The breakfast is amazing with a huge selection of dishes. The staff are all very friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast staff even remember what you like and bring it without asking. My wife and I stayed for six nights and would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
