  The location was fantastic, really central to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was quaint with wonderful beamed ceilings. I loved the mixture of old and new. The bathroom was spotless and very modern with free toiletries( which actually were lovely) . Right in the middle of everything, but still a tranquil haven by night. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, comfortable, and newly renovated, breakfast was low key but lovely and could be enjoyed on a pretty trellised terrace. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again.

  When booking hotel in Siena, I was looking for free parking, free wi-fi and center location. All that you can find in Palazzo Ravizza, plus wonderful garden with amazing view. Breakfast is offered in garden, so that gives extra charm to that hotel. We stayed only for one night, so we took the only available loft room. As it is located on attic and doesn’t have - They have an English book shop on the ground floor. You need to know that when driving there you need to drive through the "Porto St Marco" gate, ignore the no cars signs and camera, when you get to the hotel, park anywhere, drop your bags, give them your registration and they arrange a permit for you and give you directions to their car park which is under the hote
