  We loved absolutely everything about this place. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered us to check in the early morning of the day of booking without extra charge -- this was really nice after a night trip by train, since we got a chance to take a shower, take a short nap, leave our bags there and set on a sightseeing trip... τι λέει ο κόσμος » around Rome.   Staff are very friendly and helpful. Memory foam mattress bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed we have slept in! Rooms are spacious with Sky Italia, good WIFI, an espresso maker which we used every morning with the complimentary biscuits. This isnt a hotel as such but a number of rooms in a building beside the pantheon. We found this was great as any other hotel facilit - The location is perfect, just off the Pantheon and within walking distance of Piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain. Despite being in the middle of the old city, the hotel is in a quiet street and you cannot hear any noise from the rooms. There are only 6 rooms (each named after a Roman god). The room itself is not big, but luxurious and spotlessly clean. My boyfriend and I loved staying here. The staff were very cheerful and friendly too.

Customer service is excellent, our keys ready when we arrived & no waiting time.

  One of the finest luxury hotels in Rome. Architecture at the highest level: a mixture between Renassaince and modernity. Very nice and height rooms with a spectacular ceiling. The best part of the hotel was the staff. I've never seen such a friendly staff. Thank you for this wonderful stay. Auf jeden Fall, einer der besten Hotels in ganz Rom. Ar - We stayed in the Presidential suite, so our frame for description starts out pretty positive! First off, the location was perfect. From the Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy. The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone in Rome)
