100% from the start to the finish. The start was at the arrival airport
when Glenda collected us (husband, wife and 7 year old daughter) to the
finish when Glenda returned us to the airport for departure.
In between the two points we walked to many different area's in Bergamo from the well located Porta Nuova apartment.

We travelled as a group of four adults with one baby. The apartments at Porta Nuova were brilliant! The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, with every attention to detail being made. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment that very large with gorgeous views from all the bedrooms. The host Glenda was especially helpful and went to a lot of trouble to accommodate our baby. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again. The breakfast was excellent. -

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Bergamo Palazzo Dolci, the location of the hotel was excellent, convenient for the train station and within easy reach of the airport, with good restaurants close by. The hotel staff were friendly, and very helpful. The room was excellent, clean and of a high standard. I am looking forward to staying at

Breakfast was superb, only expected a roll and a cup of coffee but there was so much to choose from! Staff were really helpful and friendly.

Everything about the hotel was so new and fresh we thought it had just opened when we stayed in Oct 08. We were told it was 4 years old. Super room, wonderful bathroom and great breakfast. Great hotel in great location. Directly across from train station, sogoing to and from Milan is easy. The airport shuttle also stops at thetrain station so getting to and from the airport is effortless. The walkto the Funicular is a leasurly 20 minute strolls, but you can take thebus. Lots of .Restaurants in walking distance and one at the hotel -

We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo
and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The
location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic
views and nice little bars/restaurants.

Clean rooms and friendly receptionist ! The extra knowledge of 'KALIMERA' (=Good morning) and 'KALISPERA' (=Good evening) turn out an ordinary check in - check out procedure in a really fun happening ! - helpfull staff, place for rental car, central dislocation
