This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building.
The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds.
This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop. Great location if you want to be in that part of town (which we did). -

My sister and I stayed at the Relais Terme Di Tito, Rome Italy for 4

The bed! The best most comfortable one we have had the whole holiday! The room was fantastic, airy and nicely appointed. The roof top terrace although not open yet, we were able to go up and get 360 degree views of the city and were higher than the top level of the Coluseum! Barbara and Stephen were wonderful hosts. They explained how to easily move around the city.
The room was very large and clean. Desktop computer in rooms. Mini refrigerator along with coffee pot(heat water only)
Breakfast, though consisted of only a roll and cappuccino, it was very good.

And last but most importantly...Location, Location, Location. -
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel really welcome. As soon as we arrived they highlighted and recommended all the great places to visit and also the best ways to get there which was great for us. The facilities were good for the price we paid and the location was spot on - we couldn't have chosen a better place - right next to the Colosseum!

This Accomadation was clean, modern, and very comfy. Not to mention the
location was spot on. It's round the corner from the coliseum with
bars & food places on your doorstep. It's set on the 2nd &
3rd floor of a block, (and has a lift if you don't fancy the

The owner Luca was wonderful. So helpful in so many ways, from finding good eats to computer connections. The hotel was very clean and at a great price. Also helped being so close to the Coliseum (5 minute walk), and the forum. Easy taxi ride to the Vatican. Never woke up early enough for the breakfast, so can't comment.

The hotel is amazing! Everything was exactly as we would have wanted: the rooms are decorated very nicely and are super clean. All people working in the hotel are very nice, polite and warm.

We were staying in the Colosseum Garden II: 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is very big, clean and cozy, comes with a nice and equipped kitchen.
Towers were changed everyday and beds were made.
Hot water for shower was good and consistent.
There was a notice not to touch the switch for the hot water in the bathroom. Just take note that the switch has to be constantly "ON".
We stayed here for 7 days and managed to extend for another 2 days (I have a job assignment in Rome). Would love to sta

We loved absolutely everything about this place. The staff is extremely
friendly and helpful. They even offered us to check in the early morning
of the day of booking without extra charge -- this was really nice after
a night trip by train, since we got a chance to take a shower, take a
short nap, leave our bags there and set on a sightseeing trip

The staff was amazing-we stayed one night to kick off our honeymoon and were greeted with champagne and chocolate! The apartment itself was very cute and spacious. Large and comfortable king bed, nice bathroom, and full working kitchen. Again, the staff was fest when leaving, called a cab for us and made everything very easy! Will come back!

Valter was very helpful in trying to give us directions to various areas of interest in Rome. The location was perfect for walking to all the historic sites. Very accommodating and friendly owners - nothing too much trouble.
Good value for money and the kitchen facility was great and the personal touch was appreciated after a month of travelling and staying in impersonal hotels.Would definitely recommend.

We loved the Maison Colosseo! We stayed before and after our cruise from Civitavecchia. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and spacious. It is just a short walk to the Colosseum with some good restaurants conveniently nearby. We highly recommend!
