  This was our first visit to Rome, the staff were very helpful withinformation regarding tours, restaurants etc. The air conditioned roomswere a god send during August with temps of 36+. The hotel itself iswell situated for shopping and sites. - Everything!!!! Especially the staff. They were friendly, courteous, and helpful.   The room and toilet are clean, just exactly what we need on our stay. The apartment building is in the middle of the local area in Rome and centrally located to all the tourist attractions. The host is also very nice and helpful.   Casa San Giuseppe is centrally located to everything in Rome, especially the Ponte Sisto, which is a great nighttime hangout with Romans. Because it is on the Trastevere side of Rome, the neighborhood is quiet. This hotel has the best blackout shades I have ever seen in my life, so you have absolutely no idea that it is morning! The staff was extremely nice and helpful, providing us with an extra converter each night and reserving a cab at 5 am on the morning of our depar - We had a rent car, and was fortunate to get a space just in a little alley right in front of the entrance. Trastevere neighbourhood is great, icecream shops, and ristorante and trattorias just around the corner. In walking distance to all major "must see" tourist attractions. For italian standard, the breakfast is very good. Our 3 person room was very spacious, but the furniture and bathroom is some what dated and worn. All in all very good value for money.

  Everything was great. We get a large triple room, that has been cleanedeveryday. The people in reception were very nice and kind. We get a mapjust after our arrival. They provide us with a lot of helpful cluesabout the city and the places which are nice to look at. The otherhotels we saw were placed in the cramped streets with nastyneighbourhood. They welcomed us with cold water after a long, hot trip to Rome,gave great recommendations and were soo helpful! We couldn't have askedfor anything better.   I travelled to Rome with my mum, neither of us having visited before. I did a lot of searching on the internet before deciding on the Navona Gallery and Garden Suites as our accommodation of choice. We were both delighted with this beautiful 'home'. Location was perfect and the staff were very helpful. When we return to Rome this is the only place that - Everything!! Service provided by Sylvia was of an exceptionally high order. Room was large, beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a little small, but very clean. There is also a lovely central garden terrace area that all guests are able to use. The absolute best thing though is the location, just 200m from Piazza Navona and five minutes walk from the Pantheon.
