The location is fairly close (15-minutes walk) to the Metro station, and
there's a supermarket on the way, but it's nowhere central.
Takes in total about 40 minutes to drive to the main tourist areas.

Ricarrdo was very friendly and full of information. We stayed in the
apartment that is at a different location then the hotel. The apartment
is in the basement of an apartment building but since we were only there
really to sleep and eat a few meals that was ok. Opening the windows let
in more light but it was very noisy since it is on a fairly busy street.
It suited our purposes as being close to the metro and grocery and being
a good location for visiting Rome. It is definitely an italian apa

Everything was perfect. From the moment you walked into the door to the
moment we walked out. Marco was fantastic. He spent time going through
with us the sights, valuable tips and information about Rome. It was a
most pleasure stay and as oasis in the chaotic city of Rome. After a
long day sightseeing we returned to our room to a lovely bottle of

We come early in the morning to St. John's Terrace. There was a early and familary welcome from Giorgio, the manager. He offered us breakfast on the sweet terrasse and gave us useful tips for sightseeing and show us everything important in a little map which was for us. The room was like in the pictures. Nice design and very clean. The location of St. John's Terrace is also great. Nearly to the Metro you can reach all the nice places. A walk to the Colosseum takes 15 min. Breakfast was good and

we were only in rome for a night on a stopover and only wanted a place to put the bags so finding the deal on letsbookhotel.com was perfect for us. Not sure id pay the full price for the accommodation but we paid 80 euro for the night and cant fault it. 10min walk to The Colosseum, half way between there are some great restaurants to eat at afte

We stayed in the spacious, cleaned and comfortable apartment (two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms), staff was very friendly and kind, breakfast was basic, but brought at the agreed time to our flat every day, the apartment house is located at the city center five minutes walk from the Colosseum, there is lot of restaurants near here; for the price we paid it was excellent, free Wi-Fi available

We were staying in the Colosseum Garden II: 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is very big, clean and cozy, comes with a nice and equipped kitchen.
Towers were changed everyday and beds were made.
Hot water for shower was good and consistent.
There was a notice not to touch the switch for the hot water in the bathroom. Just take note that the switch has to be constantly "ON".
