Catia was there to greet us and looked after us on a very personable level. The hotel was amazing. For us it had the best view in Rome. It was like being inside the Colesseum we were so close. Well... we had the view- so there wasn't much more to focus on! It was so easy to find from the metro and the um huge site right outside the doors. This hotel is above a restaurant with the same name. We got a key to enter through the side whenever we wanted. We were on the third floor (they'd say second in Italy) with stairs, but it was no problem for us. The room was huge and I could have held a party in that bathroom. The shower was amazing. The a/c was one of the strongest in my experience.

It's probably the best location. You can reach most of the attractions on foot. Tram 8 from Trastevere Regional stop is a perfect connection from Fiumicino airport. The room was elegantly furnished , clean and comfortable. We also had a nice street view. Paola and her family was so sincere that , you just feel like their guests, not customers. The

This family run apartment was the perfect place for us to stay in Rome.
The rooms were a great size and very comfy beds.
Location was perfect, across the road from all the great bars and restaurants of Trastevere, walking distance to Old town and the tram at your door step.
The breakfast was fantastic and changed daily with new treats to try and the family could not do enough to help you with everything you needed and any question about Rome.
Highly recommend this place.

Very friendly and welcoming owners; provided us with excellent advise for making the most out of this visit, including how to avoid the long queues, recommended restaurants in the area, restaurant reservations, and more.

end of August was exemplary. We could not have been happier. It was our
first time in Italy, and Alessandra and her husband made us feel at
home. Before we even arrived in Italy they had provided us with
excellent directions to their B&B. Upon arrival we were given a warm

The staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant.The whole experience was extreemly luxurious and wonderful! There is much attention to detail in the rooms and a wonderful courtyard to enjoy at leisure. The hotel is well situated and within walking distance of all Rome's wonderful attractions. A true haven for weary travellers! This is our second visit

Staff beyond helpful. Loved the food/breakfast in room. Loved the kitchen area....quiet location. Good little stores nearby....or within a 10 min walk. -

Everything was perfect. Paolo,the guy in the hotel, was very kind and helpful to us. He suggested us best italian places to eat and discover. The places were great. The staff at Relais Trastevere are unbeatable! We were faced with a very difficult time whilst there and had to cut our trip short. They were absolutely marvelous and so very kind. We were also met at the property, given a detailed map, information about the area etc. Further, the location of this place is absolutely fantastic! We stayed 5 nights in the spacious and quiet apartment with garden, two streets away from the B&B rooms. It was nice to sit and relax in the garden after walking all day. The staff were so friendly and helpful and it was the best location in Rome to stay if you want to be close to restaurants and bars and only a short walk from all the main attractions.
