The staff were so knowledgeable about how to get around the city in the
cheapest way and most practical way. The breakfast was delicious and
filling. The staff speaks English! The beds were impressively
comfortable! Everything was clean. The hotel is gated so we felt safe.
There are emergency alarms in the rooms with a cord attached, so if you

Our phones died before we went to bed so we called the desk to ask for a
wake up call a -
The hotel was clean and I particularly liked the bathroom with heated
towel bars. The staff were very friendly. We only talked to them in
Italian, so I'm not sure if they can serve tourists in English. They
answered any questions we had about transportation and sold us tickets
for the city bus (which can't always be purchased on-board).
Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast-style, but ingredients
were fresh.

The location is very good, only 5 minutes walking from Manzini metro
station (which is only 2 stations from Termini), and about 10-15 minutes
the Colosseum, and the Forum on foot, or the tram no.3. The crew was
very friendly (some of them were not too strong in english, but they
were very helpful), the rooms are not big but very clean and comforta

with nice little terraces on the ground floor (and I think on the upper
floors too). It was perfect to sit down on the terrace drinking a bottle

The location (just 2 stops from Termini using the subway) offers a great starting point for many trips around Rome! Staff is super friendly! Breakfasts were delicious (don't expect loads of stuff, but rather some freshly baked croissants and other pastry, milk products and salami, fruits, eggs, muesli, etc.).
