The location was fabulous! Only minutes from the vaporetto stop and San

The location was INCREDIBLE! The room was perfect and even had a roomy balcony. I can't say enough good things about the staff. The desk was manned 24/7 and they were always polite and very helpful with suggestions and questions. It's about 2 minutes walk from the Ducal Palace and the waterbus stop. I wasn't sure about it because with the price, I thought it might be too good to be true but it was fantastic. I've already recommended it to my friends who are planning a trip out that way. We brou

As other have said before me, location, location, location. The hotel is 3 minutes away from San Marco. Lorenzo, which I think is the owner, was very nice, confirmed our reservation by email almost instantly, gave us instructions on how to get there from the airport. The lady at the reception was very nice as well, they allowed an early check-in.

Very comfortable beds with lights that don't disturb others. Quite cheap, good breakfast for additional price.
It was a half-populated 16 person dorm, but it was comfortable to stay there.
It is on a separate island from the city center, but public transport is working all the night so it's not a problem.

location was great very close to San Marco Square and just beside vaparetto stop so very easy to find and for lugging bags. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kept our luggage stored on our last day as our flight was not until that night. Great choice of breakfast to set us up for the day. Room was lovely and overall would highly recommend.

The breakfast wqs excellent. We were a family of 7, 1 single, 1 couple, 1 couple with a 17 month old and the "old folks", us! A great hotel, and we hope to visit again!!

The place is easy to find and easy to go to everywhere.
The single room is big enough for one person and is clean. They make it clean everyday.
Even though it is shared bathroom I found it not very busily used so I don't have to wait for long. But you need bring your own shampoo and showering gel.

The hotel is in a quiet area very close to St. Mark's Square. The
reception staff were friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of
breakfast was always smiling and produced excellent cappucinos. One of
the party was coeliac and gluten free cereal and breads were provided.
The room was spotless and very well appointed for a three star hotel.
The water taxi and Vaporetto stops are only a couple of minutes away and
most of the major attractions are within easy reach. I would happily

The location was very close to St Marks Square with wonderful restaurants and shops. Olga, was fantastic. The place was spotless and the breakfast was not your typical coffee and muffin. Olga served meat,cheese,yogurt, freshly squeezed juice, crackers croissants, espresso and cappuccino. I would recommend this place to anyone. -
