  location was great very close to San Marco Square and just beside vaparetto stop so very easy to find and for lugging bags. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kept our luggage stored on our last day as our flight was not until that night. Great choice of breakfast to set us up for the day. The view made up for the size of the bath!! The breakfast wqs excellent. We were a family of 7, 1 single, 1 couple, 1 couple with a 17 month old and the "old folks", us! A great hotel, and we hope to visit again!!

  A clean, comfortable in the heart of Venice.. Literally 2 minutes walk from St Marks Square, 10 minutes from Rialto bridge. So easy to find after getting off the water bus. The room is double room is beautiful. The bathroom is very modern. The other room we booked is a family suite. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus.   Fantastic location at 5' walk from Piaza San Marco but in a quiet street with (at least for 2 of the 3 available rooms) a view on one of the hundreds of canals. Everything almost brand new, modern, very clean and in very good condition. Breakfast was basic - toasts, jams, cereal, yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice, fruit. Location is very good, about 200 metres from St Marks Square.
