  Rooms were new and spacious. The staff were great and very accomadating as they had just opened this location. Had coffe each day waiting outside the room and a bottle of champaign upon arrival.

  Although this was not close to the train station and it is quite expensive to travel on the water taxi to get to the hotel, it was in a great location close to Piazza San Marco and the lovely quiet area and gardens of St. Elena.   The location in the neighbourhood of the Salute church is ideal. When arriving with the vaporetto at the stops of Academia or Zattere, you can go with your luggage trolley to this B&B without CLIMBING over one bridge, just roll ! The reception by the lady of the house was very friendly and ...she helps you with the luggage over the (steep) stairs ! The room and the bathro - Probably the nicest place my girlfriend and I stayed at during our trip through Italy. (Admittedly, we were traveling on a budget and mostly renting through airbnb.) This is a true B&B, with Massimo and his wife coming in the morning to make us coffee. They were very friendly, telling us to make ourselves at home and opening up the various cakes and pastries in the kitchen. Venice is expensive, but Ca' Santo Spirito was fairly good value for city.

  We stayed at this hotel during our honeymoon and it was perfect. We stayed in the superior room. The room is very big. It has two floors with bed n the second floor. The design is very stylish, the room and the hotel are very clean. The reception was very welcoming and the owner, Valerio, was very helpful. The breakfast was great!!!! Unexcpected and delicious, there is great wifi in the room. The hotel is just simply beautiful, modern but very comfortable
