  Well, if you are at Napoli for the first time by car, it's located fine - not far away from a big parking and not far away from historical center (in other case you would be shocked and thrilled by Napolitanean traffic). But at night it's rather frightening to get to the hotel from the downtown.   We stayed at B&B Del Corso for two nights - the night we arrived in Naples at the start of our trip, and our last night in the city before departing Italy. The B&B was very easy to locate thanks to the map they provided (as well as our own google earth search). When we planned to stay in Naples and travel to Capri, sores to Pompeii from there we were a bit nervous as we were told by many many people that Naples is not a very safe city, and to some extent it is true. When we were approaching the place we felt a little odd in the surroundings although nobody bothered us one bit. Once we entered this lovely B&B everything changed.   We booked at last minute so the fare was low. We got for a small amount of money the facilities of a hotel which sometimes is better (24 hr service, a more complete breakfast, easy to access). Good value for money and a nice place to stay when planning to be outside all day. You can also reach the historical city center on foot in less than 30 minutes. The hotel looks very nice, it is spotless clean and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic italian-style, but they have fresh pastry avery morning and you can rely on it to start the day. Would definitely stay there again.
