  We arrived very early and tied preparing to wait until the time our pre-booked standard room was available. We were immediately placed in a superior room at no extra cost. The hotel staff made us feel welcome right from the start of our stay and all our needs were met without our asking.   I liked the staff who was very kind and helpful. I also liked the tidiness of the rooms and the cozy atmosphere reflected by them. Two other positive things are the restaurant which is right across the hotel and the nearby hypermarket.   I do read reviews, but unlike most people,I dont moan about silly things. This hotel I have nothing bad to say about it, its all good. Great location, (just round corner from main metro) We walked to closest attraction (Colloseum) and each other attraction including the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and two others I cant remember names of were all with... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ing 10 to 15 min walk. We took a bus which cost us 1.5 euros each to the Vatican. as this is about 25 min drive away. Hotel rooms were spotless as was - Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was able arrange an extra nights stay after we missed our flight at short notice. Room was good size for 3 adults. The Hotel was close to the central station and easy to find, even with the hotel that close it was not affected by any noise. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food outlets adjacent to the hotel offering a varied choice and at good prices. Will stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable, my daughter and I were staying there and had single beds which were narrower than normal single beds.
