  My daughter and I recently visited Rome to see the sites and some friends. We chose this hotel for it's location and were not disappointed. The location of this hotel is fantastic! We were able to walk to all of the major sites in Rome. Bus stops were also right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was good, rooms were exceptionally clean and the check-in and out were easy. The hotel is small (three gu - At first, I barely notice that it was a hotel. This is because it is located on the 4th floor of a residential building. But when you come into the hotel you feel the warm atmosphere probably created by the manager. He let us very comfortable. The hotel is very small (3 double rooms). In fact it looks like a small Inn. But the rooms are very comfortable and clean.   I love the location of the place, it is not in the city center, but very near Vatican, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and other interesting places in Rome. It is also near the bus stations, and some of Rome's most interesting restos and gourmet places. The owner is very nice and accommodating.   Our stay at the Annette B&B was a pleasure. It is located in the quiet Vaticano Prati neighborhood, which is an easy walk from the main tourist sites in Rome. The Innkeeper provided several recommendations about restaurants and shopping in the area, which all worked well.   Our 4-day stay in Rome was amazing thanks to the great location of the B&B and our priceless host, Massimo. All the major sites (St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Piazza De’ Fiori, Piazza Spagna etc.) are within walking distance from the B&B, so you are not depending on public transportation... τι λέει ο κόσμος » and can walk back safely on the streets after midnight. Massimo had great tips for visiting the major sites and saved us a lot of time, since we didn - Our host, Mossimo, was incredible! He gave us great advice and information about seeing everything that Rome had to offer. The location was amazing! We were close to the Vatican and within walking distance for most of the spectacular sites! We only took a cab to the Coliseum because we were at the end of the trip and a little tired. The breakfasts were delightful with amazing pastries, breads, fruits, meats plus the best cappuccino and espresso around! The price of a week's stay is unbeatable.
