We loved everything about this hotel. It is located in the perfect
location in Rome. About a 5 minute walk to Vatican City as well as the
Sistine Chapel. Within walking distance of Spanish Steps, Trivi Fountain
and Coliseum. Many excellent restaurants very close by as well as mini-
marts with fresh fruit, vegetables as well as grocery items of all

The staff is very friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is very well located, you are at walking distance of virtually all landmarks in Rome.
If you happen to book a room with a 'veranda', you'd love the fresh air in the morning and the coffee outside.
We recommend it for young couples, and solo travellers as well.

It's probably the best location. You can reach most of the attractions on foot. Tram 8 from Trastevere Regional stop is a perfect connection from Fiumicino airport. The room was elegantly furnished , clean and comfortable. We also had a nice street view. Paola and her family was so sincere that , you just feel like their guests, not customers. The

This family run apartment was the perfect place for us to stay in Rome.
The rooms were a great size and very comfy beds.
Location was perfect, across the road from all the great bars and restaurants of Trastevere, walking distance to Old town and the tram at your door step.
The breakfast was fantastic and changed daily with new treats to try and the family could not do enough to help you with everything you needed and any question about Rome.
Highly recommend this place.

The receptionists Lorenzo and Daniel are phenomenal! Daniel patiently answered all 100 of our questions. Lorenzo got us an appointment w/a high-end spa and arranged for a cab. When my flight changed, Lorenzo was so kind to call the airline for me, and my issue was resolved. Their service was superb! Mancino12 is clean, modern, and it was quiet!

Stayed here for three nights. Perfect location - walking distance to all the main attractions. Rooms were big enough for two people. Luxurious bathroom and good wifi. Hair dryer is decent. Rooms are very secure and you feel at home in them. We didn't have the breakfast as we enjoyed exploring each morning. The men at the front desk were always polite and willing to help. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for a Rome visit. On a quiet dead end street near a

This accommodation was so relaxing in the centre of Trastevere. There is nothing that we could fault. Francesco was away, but Rose , the worker was excellent. Nothing was a problem and she went out of her way to make our stay comfortable.

Francesco and his staff were very friendly, gracious and helpful. He was ready and waiting with a map of the city and the surrounding neighborhood. All of Francesco’s recommendations and tips for restaurants, landmarks and transportation were spot-on. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and charming. I would recommend the Trastevere Suites to anyone that wants to experience the local culture with easy accessibility to the rest Rome. My family and I could not have asked for a better

Excellent location - in Trastevere which is great for restaurants and bars in the evening. Also on the quieter side of Trastevere so you are not too much in the tourist throng but only 2 minute walk away from it all. Great value for money. No laundry service but Fabrizio offered to take laundry to a serviced place around the corner. 15 mins to Pantheon and loads of restaurants nearby. Breakfast not included in rate but kettle was available in small kitchen so we could make tea. Room a good size with a day bed so we could have both cases open a t the same time.

The hotel was beautiful and right in the heart of Rome just a few steps
from the Parliament. The staff was extremely welcoming and assisted us
with everything we needed (directions, restaurants [Gino’s was

Extremely helpful and friendly staff made our stay memorable. Close enough to walk to all of the major tourist attractions. Clean comfortable room with great shower facility a plus after a days sightseeing. Private airport transfer they arranged was by a mercedes and was only 7 euros more than an airport taxi, well worth it. The rest of Jonathan, Simona and Constantin's help and recomendations were just as good.
