  The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!! There's a few floors but with only a few rooms, meaning its not loud; you can sleep in peace, and quiet. Go explore:) - The apartment is huge and the owner was so friendly and helpful. The apartment is marketed for 4 people but could easily sleep 6.   The staff were exremely friendly and helpful. The reception was open on a 24hr basis and so arriving at night was no problem. The room was comfortable and very clean and the bathroom brand new.   We loved that it was so easy to get to and from the Realto Bridge for arrivals and departures and for additional day trips...
