Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων, το δωμάτιο ήταν εξοπλισμένο και άνετο σε ήσυχη περιοχή και κοντά στη πιάτσα Navone, τον Τίβερη και το Βατικανό. - δεν υπήρχε ηχορύπανση (εσωτερική-εξωτερική), καθαρό, πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα (με τα πόδια ή το μετρό) και στο κέντρο της πόλης.

Marinella gave us a wonderful welcome, and very thoughtfully had food and drinks awaiting out arrival. The apartment was just 10 minutes walk from the Ottoviano metro and had everything we needed for our trip to Rome. The facilities were clean and well kept with everything in full working order. Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner.
Townhouse Spagna is located near the Spanish Steps and is a trendy part of town where all the nice boutiques are. Great city living.

Lots of options for eating on your doorstep too with a lot -
Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the
Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day
check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and
provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger
room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna
is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We
had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.

We liked everything about this cosy and home away from home hotel. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing - a 1 minute walk to Spanish steps. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, a food store is 5 min walk. The owning couple of the hotel (Natalya and her husband) were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgebable and also nice partners in conversation.I was met by Natalya- a very friendly lady who gave an informative introduction to the city of Rome. This is a very well appointed hotel that is a pleasure to visit. There
is a lovely garden around the hotel. It was easy for us and our 8 year
old son to walk to all major attractions. The area is quiet at night and
there are excellent nearby restaurants. Breakfast was excellent,
consisting of cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals and
numerous tarts and pastries. The staff were very helpful and provided
