  The friendliest receptionist we have ever met - very very helpful. Breakfast was good but with a small variety. The Wi-fi signal was very good. Free parking across the street or underground parking available but no access between 10:00pm and 7:00am to the parking lot. - shower, location and breakfast are just great :)

  Little appartment with everything you need, even a kitchen and in the centre of Bergamo. Also with a parking place for a small amount a day you can park your car where the locals do their own. Irene, the owner is a marvellous hostess and gives you all kind of practical information, in very good english. Great value and has everything you need ideal, if a littel old fashioned which is exactly what you would expect in a 17 century building. For a weekend break. I would be happy to return. The owner is really friendly and veryhelpful and speaks good English.

  The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good...the shower and all the facilities worked well. The hotel was in a very good location for the lower city and I liked that we were in that area buut near enough to walk to the citti alta. We would come back to Hotel Arli again.   Hotel has amazing retro-style design - for those who prefer interesting design (instead of insipid IKEA-made interiors in some other hotels). Also, in addition to shower there is full-length bath in the bathroom. Very frendly staff, and breakfast is quite good. - Made to feel welcome by the very friendly and helpful staff.
