The hotel is a delight and our garden room was more than we had
expected. The hotel staff were simply magnificent and were always
looking to help us with, for example, directions for days out of
Florence, booking train tickets to Rome and restaurant reservations. The
service in the restaurant was excellent and the serving of drinks and
aperitivo in the library was a nice touch..

We had the exact room as the photos on the web, make sure to book the suite if you want that room. wonderful fresco, the staff are super friendly/helpful, and reccomended a nice restaurant cross the street. perfect place to stay if you travel lite coz no elevator. location is ideal, close the duomo and in walking distance to almost everywhere. - We
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ll i cannot write here in few lines what we liked in the hotel. All the hotel is amasing. Definitely the best hotel we stayed. And we like travelling. It was close to Duomo. The rooms amasing, the kitchen amasing and soooooo cute. And extremely helpfull staff. A must see in Florence :-)

Tourist House Ghiberti was very close to the Duomo and within easy walking distance of the railway station and all the attractions we came to see. Claudio was an excellent host. It's proximity to the Duomo gave us an excellent central point from which to do all our touring on foot. Breakfast selection was varied and good. Claudio was very helpful in answering all our questions. Having free interent access was great for additional research while in Italy and checking in with family.

The Bencista is a fabulous old villa up in the hills of Fiesole with
breathtaking views of Florence. It is a wonderful, quiet retreat from
long days of sight-seeing. It is a short walk to the bus stop to catch
the #7 bus into town (20 min) or a €25 cab ride (recommended for

It is so quiet at night and cooler than Florence. Dinner on the terrazza overlooking Florence. The antique everything. What better than a stay in a Medici Villa for a visit to Florence! You can buy bus tickets right there and hike up to the road to catch a bus. Nice 20 min walk to Fiesole, or you can take the bus. Coffee on the Terrazza next to the Aurora Hotel in Fiesole is great too. There is no A/C but the large ceiling fan was sufficient. No TV, but who has time to watch tv with all the stu

The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.

Right when you entered from the main door, you feel an environment of
luxury. The lobby is very chic and modern. They greeted us with juice or
water. They had some small snacks by the lobby during the afternoon and
late evening! You hardly ever see this at other hotels! Our room was
large! High ceilings! Awesome bed size and great mattress. The bathroom

the staff gave us a feeling as of a "family hotel", as beeng VIP, the brakfast was good.the leptop andfree internet in the room are uniqe - Very very gentle personal !!!!!!
