  Had everything I ask for in a hotel room, en suite ,safe parking and superb location just by the escalators that take you straight into the historic centre. The room was clean and the breakfast was much better than I expected. Very good value - The hotel is exactly what you would expect and want from a Italian hotel. The breakfast was basic, but ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » nice. The view from our hotel was beautiful and we got to see the hills of Perugia.

  The good-sized balcony with pots of geraniums was nice. One desk staff member was particularly helpful with information about Lake Trasimeno, and she even printed out train schedules for us. The breakfast room is spacious and elegant, with a nice selection of food. - This hotel is probably the best location in Perugia: right in the middle of the ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » old city and very charming. We particularly appreciated the spacious room with the nice little terrace with a view on the village and valley. Very nice staff also.Great value for money.

  nothing was too much trouble for anybody, the receptionist even ran up 3 flights of stairs as we'd left our key at reception! - The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and clean.
