1. Friendly staff - the staff are friendly, gave us a warm welcome and
especially waiting for us to check-in at 5pm (normal check-in time
from 12pm to 2pm). Staff are polite and willing to provide
information and help.
2. Clean and modern - The room was modern, beddings are clean, toilet was fully equipped and newly decorated.

We loved everything about Urban Chic House. The modern design in an old building was very creative. Owner Patrize was there to answer questions and make good recommendations for touring and eating out. Great market across the street. We stayed for 3 nights and used it as a base for touring Cinque Terre and Portoverne. Enjoyed time in evenings walking around LaSpezia.

Great views from the apartment.
The owner went out of his way to help us with getting to the station and picking up some provisions, as well as organising the apartment so we had a cot bed and laundry facilities.
Great pool to cool off in. -
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very nice views from the top of the mountain. Lovely pool area.

I accidently left my camera bag (with a lot of valuable equipment) in the lobby overnight and they had it set aside for me in the morning (with everything still in it).

Cleanliness, plenty of space, free parking, good facilities, near to train station (10-15 minutes walk) and reasonable price (price was competitive and reasonable, although you may find somewhere with lower price, but I prefer to stay here!!!) For sure will recommend to my friends and will return during our next visit.

The staff were very helpful, attentive and accommodating. Isabella, Fabio and the other ladies on the reception were always kind and professional and recommended alternatives when the weather did not allow us to do what we had planned to do.

Wonderful bed and breakfast place. The owner Isabella is wonderful and very helpful in giving tips for your stay. This place is newly renivated and clean. Great hospitality from ckeaning, kitchen and front desk staff. The location is less than a 10 minute walk to the major La Spezia train station, and also to the docking station to take the boat to Porto Venere and Cinque Terre cities. Shopping is literally on the same street for when you want to take a break from the coastal cities.

Our place to stay before heading to the 5 terres. Very nice and warm welcome, even though we arrived later than expected! We got all the information needed e.g. city, food, parking, travelling to the 5 terres + free parking...even shopping!
The room was recently renovated, spacious with a big bathroom, everything very clean! And more than enough

The view is nice, you see a garden with beautiful flowers.
The guest house is located just near the center and the port. Perfect location.

Beautiful and modern. The facilities eg. New bedrooms, bathrooms, timber floors are beautiful.
The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Not far from station and very close to the water. If u want to go to cinque terre it's just a 5 min train ride... La spezia is more modern than cinque terre if that is what you are looking for.

The staff graciously allowed a transfer to a room with more quiet and larger bathroom for small price increase. Breakfast service and view during breakfast very nice. Guilia and her father are lovely hosts who couldn't be more helpful thank you again! We were met at the guest house and provided maps and timetables and had place to ourselves for two nights which was fantastic as other guests didn't arrive until our last night. the location is perfect for visiting cinque terre, because is near to the train station. the wi - fi was excellent. the room was clean and regarding the noise, as being near to the train station, that really didn't bother as at all.
