Excellent hotel with a good location near Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi. excellent rooms and excellent service. This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. They make the whole stay wonderful.

What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

Location - close to main attractions of Florence. Very friendly staff. All needed facilities. Big room. Make sure you notify the staff about parking reservation if you travel by car! Florence centre is very complicated for driving and doesn't have free parking places for non-residents. So, the garage in front of the hotel was very usefull, althoug

Cicerone Guest House has a perfect location - it's situated up tp 10-15 minutes from Florence Central station and city center (Piazza Duomo). Central Market is just behind the corner. The owner is very polite & helpful, the Guest House was very clean, rooms quite large and comfortable. Perfect for city stay. -

Florence was a beautiful city with extremely friendly locals.
The manager at the Aramis B&B was very helpful with giving my girlfriend and I local information and tips on the best restaurants. The accommodation was extremely clean and they made us feel very welcome.

We were impressed by maps and useful information of the city given after checking in at the hotel by a hotel staff.
The hotel is few steps of walk to Duomo.
To our knowledge, there aren't many public toilets available in Florence. So, we found it very convenient to go back and forth between the hotel and tourist attractions during the day in case

We were presently surprised to discover that there is a little kirchen in our room so we were able to prepare our favorite hot instant comfort food! Tourist House Ghiberti was very close to the Duomo and within easy walking distance of the railway station and all the attractions we came to see. Claudio was an excellent host. It's proximity to the Duomo gave us an excellent central point from which to do all our touring on foot. Breakfast selection was varied and good. Claudio was very helpful in answering all our questions. Having free interent access was great for additional research while in Italy and checking in with family.

The location is perfect! You are near to the center (Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery are in 10 min by foot), but far from crazy tourists crowds.
The stuff is just great! Marco and Vicky (hope I wrote correctly their names!) helped us a lot when we asked to find us the tickets to the Fiorentina's game against Milan just one day before the match!

At first sight, it's hard to imagine the hotel in apartment building but after entering, we're impressed by the warm welcome and very helpful staffs, thank you Ludovica and Mario.
Avalability of private parking does help us a lot.
Great location, not so far from the heart of Florence by walking or by bus.

The staff is WONDERFUL, kind and helpful. The location is perfect, It was quiet at night, but still very close to all the action. There was a living room area just off my room where you could meet up with other travelers -with a small fridge. Breakfast started my day perfectly, in a bright and lively dining room with a delicious cup of cappuccin

The hotel is lovely. The room is warm and spacious. The bathroom is big and also has a heater. The desk staffs Teresa and the other guy are very helpful. The hotel is very secured, about 4 locks before you can enter. The lift is reliable. It is also 20 meters away from the bus stop Guido Monaco where you can easily take buses to Sta. Maria Novella and other destinations. There is also a Turkish restaurant and various cafes 20 meters away from the hotel and a Tabacchi store by the bus stop.
