The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.

Right when you entered from the main door, you feel an environment of
luxury. The lobby is very chic and modern. They greeted us with juice or
water. They had some small snacks by the lobby during the afternoon and

Very close to all attractions even though it is stated in a quite street which is a plus for a good night sleep. Clean room, friendly stuff and It is 10 minutes of walk from the main train station. I would like to note that the hotel is the second floor of an historical building. The rooms are spacious (We had a triple room). The lift is very small

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience not staying in a hotel chain but an actual unique hotel. It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.

Staff was very helpful in giving information about local tours. - We had stayed at three hotels in different cities prior to our stay inFlorence. The hotel is only a 15/20 min walk from the town centre but if you wantto you can take the bus which runs pretty often. The staff are politeand very helpfull and you get a fantastic sellection of food forbreakfast. We stayed at this hotel for two nights during our honeymoon. The room
was beautiful and very clean although can get very loud at night, must
sleep with the window and shutters closed to avoid this.

Everything about this hotel was excellent - it is both close to the train station and the city centre, with a range of restaurants nearby ( helpful when you arrive at 22.00 !). Staff were polite and helpful, and the quality of the room was superb - for example you get a little card each evening telling you the weather forcast, together with a coupl

The facilities were impeccible. The weight room was in great condition. Amongst the frenzy of tourists and residents, the hotel was a small oasis. We had all the privacy we could ask for, and yet we were blocks from the duomo and the city center.

Υπέροχο δωμάτιο,με όλες τις ανέσεις.καθαρό, - Ειναι αρκετά καλό ξενοδοχείο για κάποιον που δεν τον ενδιαφέρει να μεινει στο κεντρο της πόλης. Η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο είναι αρκετά εύκολη και με τη δημόσια συγκοινωνία.

χαμογελαστο και προθιμο προσωπικο - The accomodation as well as the excellent service. Also the location was perfect. Internet store 1/2 block away and laundry with clean new washers and dryers 1/2 block away. A bus stop 1/2 block away. - This hotel was beautiful, and perfectly located. Very modern. Great new hotel, gives a perfect holiday feeling.
Very attentive staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant.
The area looks dodgy at first, but it's just around the corner of the residential area with shop and restaurants.
There is a direct bus into the city centre, you can buy tickets at the reception without any surcharge. -

Οι παροχές, η τοποθεσία και η σχέση αξίας-τιμής - φιλικο προσωπικο , καλο πρωινο και πολυ καθαρο. η τοποθεσια του ειναι σεπαρα πολυ καλο σημειο , για οσουσ ταξιδευουν με τρενο και παραλληλαθελουν ειναι πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο τησ πολησ.
