The weekend spent at Hotel Villa Cora was a great experience. The beauty of the building, the attention to details and privacy you get are good reasons to go back. The services, professionalism and kindness of the staff was something we also enjoyed.
The hotel is close enough to the center (if you are not used to always be in the car) and they also offer a shuttle which we took on the way back in the evening.
Great stay in a beautiful place.

Its location was central to the train station, ideal for all site seeing. Hotel staff very helpful in obtaining any further info we required regarding train timetables, tour guides etc. Breakfast buffet was very lovely. - It was very comfortable and the staff all spoke english which was good as we do not speak Italian. Hotel staff were extremely helpful - particularly getting a taxi from the station in a downpour of biblical proportions. Rooms were lovely, big bathrooms, great breakfast etc - Quality hotel - good location

The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.

The decor - the "watch" theme of the hotel was very well executed and permeated all aspects of design, even down to the taps and mirrors.
The location is ideal - a few minutes walk down the interesting streets and alley of central Florence.
The room was cosy, the bed & linen first class.
Buffet breakfast on the top floor (lifts available!) had a great view over Piazza Sant Maria Novella, and was plentiful.

We loved the garden (it looks well looked after) and the staff were very helpful and friendly - we'd like to thank Antonio especially for his assistance with our stay. - We liked its central location, that it has a lovely garden in which you can sit and it is located across from a park as well as very near the train station.

due to the hotel being a renovated Medici palace. -

η τοποθεσια του ξενοδοχειου ειναι πολυ καλη. αρχικα μασ εδωσαν εναδωματιο πολυ μικρο και βρωμικο αλλα μολισ ζητησαμε αλλαγη μασ δοθηκε έναμεγαλο και καθαρο δωματιο. το προσωπικο ηταν πολυ φιλικο καιεξυπηρετικο. το πρωινο ηταν καλο. γενικα ηταν ενα μικρο αλλα ρομαντικοξενοδοχειο. - άνετο με καλούς χώρους , καθαρό και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία

Very close to all attractions even though it is stated in a quite street which is a plus for a good night sleep. Clean room, friendly stuff and It is 10 minutes of walk from the main train station. I would like to note that the hotel is the second floor of an historical building. The rooms are spacious (We had a triple room). The lift is very small

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience not staying in a hotel chain but an actual unique hotel. It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.
