  As a single female I felt very safe, my room was clean, no view but I don't stay in my room except to shower and sleep. The location was close to the train and bus station, I was able to walk everywhere. There are several good restaurants and pizzerias within 2 blocks. I very much enjoyed my stay.   The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful. They showed us to our room, helped us with our bags, offered to call a cab for us, showed us places to go on the map, and offered their services 24 hours a day. They made us feel very much at home.   Location was great for walking around Florence. Staff was very attentive and friendly. The view was very nice, they had a little terrace and you could go up to the roof top. We could see the Duomo which was also a good landmark to look for when going back to the hotel.   The hotel was easy to find and quick to get to from the station. We emailed to say our arrival time and check directions. Il Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the Pantheon. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us an extra room when they had a vacancy next to ours for no extra charge. They provided the BEST breakfast buffet!

  The hotel is about 4 minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient and there are restaurant nearby.
