reception staff was incredibly helpful with directions, recommendations and arranging reservations at sites. - staff greetings , very clean rooms,and perfect service - everything, even they offered the mini bar to be free.

which is convenient. Nice to go back to your room part way through the
day to rest you're feet. Room was small but clean and met our needs.

This hotel is in a spectacular building and location. I stayed here
based on the reviews of the roof terrace, and it was just as wonderful
as others stated. We went up a few times throughout our stay and there
was never anyone up there - we were able to take photos and just relax.
The staff was very friendly and helpful - at the desk 24 hrs a day. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere and saw all of the main Florence sites. There were great restaurants and shopping nearby.

The location of the hotel is perfect, within a walking distance to all sights. There were many cafés and restaurants right at the corner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room( and everything) was very clean and comfortable. We loved the Italian decor of the hotel, but the furniture of the rooms was really essential.

The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.

Right when you entered from the main door, you feel an environment of
luxury. The lobby is very chic and modern. They greeted us with juice or
water. They had some small snacks by the lobby during the afternoon and
late evening! You hardly ever see this at other hotels! Our room was
large! High ceilings! Awesome bed size and great mattress. The bathroom

Location...a side street which is a few hundred yards from the Cathedral
in one direction and Michelangelo's David (Museum) in the other,
within walking distance from the railway station and everything else in
central Florence.

Florence Dream Domus was the best hotel we stayed in during our entire
Europe trip. The location is fantastic, the place is quaint, art-deco
and very chic, and a word of appreciation is due for the
Manager's/ overseer's of the property, Mr. Lorenzo & Ms.
Laura. We have never met such helpful, considerate or polite hotel staff
ever, even in luxury hotels. They went out of their way to may our stay
memorable! We strongly recommend the place.

We were delighted to spend three nights at this small hotel. We were treated as welcome house guests. Both Clara and Samuela were charming and did everything to make our stay comfortable. Within 30 minutes of arriving, we were given breakfast and coffee and
were taken thoroughly through all that Florence can offer. Not only did
they take us through it, they organised the tours for us.
Breakfast was fantastic, especially in the variety and quality of the foods. Probably one of the better breakfasts offered for a room of this rate.
The room (Rosso Rosa) was very clean and had ample space. Well decorated.

Right in the heart of Florence, this hotel is in an amazing spot. Just a short walk (up a little street and across the square) and you are at the Ufizzi Museum, after having passed all the restaurants. The rooms are furnished with basic furniture, yet amazingly comfortable-we had a table with 2 chairs, wardrobe, bed, and two bedside tables in ours

We couldn't have hoped to have lived at a better hotel, particularly
from the point of view of its location, literally a few steps from the
piazza della signoria and the palazzo vecchio (and also extremely close
to nearby attractions such as the uffizi, bargello and ponte vecchio).
The hotel itself is quite wonderful, and our room was clean and more
than adequate for our purposes. We'd chosen the 'private
bathroom outside the room' option, and it ended up being only a
minor issue (if at all).
