Very close to all attractions even though it is stated in a quite street which is a plus for a good night sleep. Clean room, friendly stuff and It is 10 minutes of walk from the main train station. I would like to note that the hotel is the second floor of an historical building. The rooms are spacious (We had a triple room). The lift is very small

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience not staying in a hotel chain but an actual unique hotel. It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. Perfect for families, singles, or couples.

The owners Nadine and Giovanni were so helpful with everything from adapter plugs to bookings for all the local attractions. The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

The room was excellent very spacious and clean. What made our stay perfect was the owner antonella- such a lovely lady. She was very helpful in what to see and recommended some great places to eat. Location was good easy to get around by bus or walking. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when back in florence.

The room was beautifully designed and very well equipped and comfortable. The location could not have been better. There was one receptionist who was very helpful (I think he was called Giuseppe). And the breakfast was outstanding (We'd stayed at a few different places in Italy on the trip but this was by far the best breakfast). -
