Hotel is not big, maybe 10-15 rooms, but very nice and is located on the beach, 30 metres to the water. Sea is clean and deep, beach chairs/umbrellas are provided for free, towels rent is 5 euro. Location is 2 minutes walking from the train station and easy to get to 5Terre (15 minutes by train)

When planning a trip to Cinque Terre I found it difficult to find a place to stay for six. I settled on Deiva Marina, just north of the official five villiages. Lucky me! This place was great . . . small, friendly, relaxing with plenty of good restaurants withing walking distance.

This is a very good hotel comparing price/quality. Very helpful, very honest and friendly people. Because we stayed one day more than a week, we got a reduction in the price, we payed 185 euro less than the booking price. Very honest of them to do so. Only a few stops on the train from Monterosso, one of the Cinque Terre towns. Very close proximity for exploring the Cinque Terre. The owners are very friendly and can answer questions about the trail and other places of interest. There is also a restaurant in the hotel. Great value! - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel

The location is very quiet and very close to the beach. There is a lot of small grocery stores around. The apartment on the 1st floor had 4 balconies, and was beautifully furnished with a modern elegance. Deiva Marina is not very big, with a good number of restaurants. No loud discos. -

Staff are first class, family run hotel and they obviously love what they do.
Meals were great value with each room allocated their own table for duration of the stay. -
I liked the hotel however, getting to the third floor without a lift was a bit of a chore. Good breakfast and friendly staff-particularly Merci.

The best staff we have encountered during our six weeks in Italy. Breakfast was excellent and the room very comfortable. -
We loved the old fashioned personable service, the beach view and the proximity to the beach.

Overall the hotel was fine. There is free parking but it was difficult
to find and it was about half a mile away. The parking lot is a fenced,
gravel lot next to the train station. The breakfast was good as they
offered several types of fruit which is not common for Italy. Breakfast

We stayed off season and the price was excellent. It was a 5 minute
walk to the train station and was easy to get to the Cinque Terra. The
owner was very kind and even gave us a bottle of olive oil when we
left. Great place to stay, they also has sky tv and you can get English
speaking channels.

The hotel is on the promenade which overlooks the beach and the rooms have a sea view. You sleep to the sound of waves. A five minute walk gets you to the railway station with trains to Cinque Terre. In September C.T. was insanely busy. Deiva Marina was peaceful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We loved it here.
