Water, electricity, gas and final cleaning are included. Heating and wood for the fireplace come at a surcharge according to consumption.
Please let the property know the exact number of people who will be staying. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
