We arrived in the evening after long international journeys and were very happy to be met with very helpful front desk personnel. We got good advice on where to eat near by and the neighbouring area. Amazing hotel is worth every penny. Most courteous service, and caring people realize. Amazing rooms, spacious and large. Highly recommend the hotel!! Catania city center, close to everything, especially the main street called via Etna. Bars and restaurants near the hotel and lots of peace and quiet ...!!!! Nice room and furniture, we had sea view, large enough balcony, room cleaned every day, very friendly and helpful staff, consistent buffet breakfast (on the roof >> sea view :) ). Great hotel with great rooms. A nice view of Etna from the back and a
nice view of the Sea from the front. Breakfast is always fresh and with
good variety. There is also bacon and eggs available at no extra charge.
Rita from Front desk was just amazing. A warm welcome upon check in, very informative and always with good recommendations.
We were given a free upgrade and Cannolli and Prosecho for my wife's birthday. parking no problem.

Grand Hotel Baia Verde is situated in beautifull place. Everything was exelent! I will recommend it for everyone. - Superb location. Great swimming pool and private coast area for swimming in the sea.

The location is great. The rooms are value for money but are basic in
terms of comfort. They are cleaned every day, the towels are changed
daily as well. The kettle and tea, coffee, sugar are available for
common use in the corridor. The chambermaid found and returned to us the
clothes left behind in a hurry. Many thanks to her!!!!!! There is some
noise from the nearby cafes but we didn't mind it))

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We loved the room though a little small--the bathroom was elegant and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many tasty selections. We had an early morning departure flight and were so pleased that our driver, arranged by the staff, was ready at 4:30 AM. We would definately stay and visit lovely Catania agai
