Really nice apartment!! Spacious, clean, and with everything you need in it (including kitchen supply). Helpful staff, in-house maid very good and not too present. Nice little garden. 15-20 min walk to the city center.
Well organised staff to provide access, great location for walking around bologna, lots of room for young family with children.

Too bad the apartment doesn't have wifi. Supply of breakfast was enough and could be eaten at any time of day, but it was mainly pre-packaged high-sugar food. Do bring your earplugs, because you can hear the traffic (even with windows closed) and the people in the adjacent apartment.
the total lack of interest of the management for customers' specific needs: they claimed that "check in at 3pm" means that nobody is available at 1pm in order for you to leave your luggage and start visitng the city (a small tip tothe cleaning personnel would have solved the problem, but they did not think of it ! A bit too far from the center for comfortable visiting.
Very noisy part of town and a long walk to the more interesting part of town and the centre. I had to use my Australian phone to get the front door open when we arrived.
