Very good location of hotel. Approximately 800 m from old town, near to the shopping area.Hotel has parking place. I couldnt fault anything about this hotel, the staff, the service, the cleanliness and position were outstanding!! We arrved at 10 in morning expecting to wait till at least lunchtime for a room but had one immediately, and upgraded to a superior room!!!! Had a brilliant stay!! - The location regarding city centre, the old town plus enough parking

Everything about the hotel was so new and fresh we thought it had just opened when we stayed in Oct 08. We were told it was 4 years old. Super room, wonderful bathroom and great breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Bergamo Palazzo Dolci, the location of the hotel was excellent, convenient for the train station and within easy reach of the airport, with good restaurants close by. The hotel staff were friendly, and very helpful. The room was excellent, clean and of a high standard. I am looking forward to staying at

Breakfast was superb, only expected a roll and a cup of coffee but there was so much to choose from! Staff were really helpful and friendly.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The temperature of the bedroom was easily adjusted. Despite the fact we were near the airport and a busy road there was little noise and heavy curtains blocked out the daylight. We enjoyed our breakfast and staff were very friendly - The staff could not have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful. I
