This hotel was excellent in every respect. The staff were very helpful all the time and despite our late night arrival still went out of their way to assist us with food and drinks. The facilities are first class, immaculately clean and very comfortable. This hotel was very good value for money. We loved the place and will go back in the near futur

Booked last minute - chose as it had good reviews and a pool, and really
liked it.... Very good price compared to other places that didn't
look nearly so good.... &Amp; yes location a little further out, but you
know that before you get there, I don't understand people

Excellent hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed stay. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Extremely clean and staff helpful. Good breakfast. Indoor pool available until 9pm. 3.5km to the city centre, but shuttle bus available and public bus stop directly outside the hotel.

Η ποιοτητα των παροχων - Proximoty to City centre was 10/15 min walking distance. Room facilities were excellent with modern design, balcony, jacussi and power shower. - The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool. And thy also provide free shuttle to the Arena on opera nights.

everithing - My wife and I really felt the swimming / fitness centre was outstanding.Our bedroom was really comfortable but there were things like the'cellotaped' remote control for the tv and the toilet seat with aplastic 'stopper' that made the room feel it was being cleaned but notmaintained. However staff were really efficient and courteous

Perfect for young children - the pool is split in two and the main part goes from ankle depth to only knee deep and has a sandy bottom so great for tiny kids. Also two sandpits next to the pool. very easy to keep an eye on the kids. Also a big playroom in the basement - a bit dirty and dark but our 4 year old loved it. Apartments very spacious

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Its location was excellent for visiting Verona,Venice and Milan. The accommodation was excellent for a family of six and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast food was also very good.

The atmosphere is great, and services are in high quality! Facilities are easy to use for families with young children. Rooms are equipped with all needed things. - The spa facilities were wonderful and the breakfast buffet had just about everything you could ever want!

It's postion was excellent for getting to see other towns around the lake and visiting verona and venice.Also service was excellent, very helpful and friendly staff - Friendly and helpful staff - particularly Stanko in restaurant.

As it was winter and one night only I never accessed facilities - What a fantastic hotel we liked the whole experience of the hotel the breakfast was fantastic the staff excellent and the rooms are fab.
