Very peaceful and lovely environment, embedded in smoothly hilly countryside with view to Perugia and the Valle D'Umbria. Accommodation and the surrounding remain in very good condition - appartement, pool, garden. The owner looks after it very carefully. Practically everything. We spent there two weeks and it was so far our best stay in Italy. The owner of the place Alessio with his family was very friendly and helpful. Our kids loved him from the first day.

We loved everything about this converted mill cottage. On walking out of our front door each day we were treated to a fantastic view of Assisi on the hill above us, ten minutes uphill walk or a short bus ride away. We wish we had booked more than one night here. Ideal for Perugia visit. Nice clean swimming pool and lovely grounds for relaxation, shade etc. Good views and secure gated car park. Very friendly and helpful staff made our short stay enjoyable. We would like to go back if circumstances allow. -

Rita was attentive before we even arrived. She advised us of parking
(which is in a secure public lot a ways from the B&B) and offered

Very central. Good security staff while only on site for breakfast went out of their way to help us including picking us up from ports nova bus depot and taking us up the hill in their car which was appreciated by New Zealand travellers who had been travelling over 25 hours to get to this first port of stay. The bed was very comfortable so comfortable we were able to come back to property for a nap before dinner and that was only a few steps very reasonable pizza and restaurant. Cannot say enou

Alessandro and his team at Le Mandrie gave us a wonderful and unforgetable time. The accomodation was not only beautiful but also very clean. Among all the agriturismo that we stayed in, this was by far the best! Location was beautiful, on Mount Subasio, so you get a nice view of the Umbra countryside. The room was great in terms of size, cleanliness, quietness..etc. The in-house restaurant also served pretty good food, so we were able to enjoy a nice sunset before heading in for dinner. Thank you Alex and staff at Le Mandrie for a memorable stay!

This was perfect for families. The owners were very nice. The room was spacious, immaculate and very private. Wifi is free and there is a TV which our 4 year old enjoyed the cartoon channel! He didnt want to leave. It was a great location. We got to Deruta and Assisi with ease!
