Very peaceful and lovely environment, embedded in smoothly hilly countryside with view to Perugia and the Valle D'Umbria. Accommodation and the surrounding remain in very good condition - appartement, pool, garden. The owner looks after it very carefully. Alessio is a very amiable person who takes very much care of his guests. We again fully enjoy

Practically everything. We spent there two weeks and it was so far our best stay in Italy. The owner of the place Alessio with his family was very friendly and helpful. Our kids loved him from the first day.

We loved everything about this converted mill cottage. On walking out of our front door each day we were treated to a fantastic view of Assisi on the hill above us, ten minutes uphill walk or a short bus ride away. Easy to follow, beautiful surrounding path to town (be aware it’s
uphill). We were greeted with chocolate and cake. We were offered fresh
vegetables from their garden, delicious fresh eggs. We missed the bus
stop, we were picked up in town. We were brought to train station. Dear
Family, my friend and I are grateful for all your help. We had a very
nice stay in your place. Could have been longer.

We wish we had booked more than one night here. Ideal for Perugia visit. Nice clean swimming pool and lovely grounds for relaxation, shade etc. Good views and secure gated car park. Very friendly and helpful staff made our short stay enjoyable. We would like to go back if circumstances allow. -

Excellent location close to the center of Assisi and close to the
impressive St Francis church. We stayed 4 nights and we liked it. Easy
walking to the center with many good restaurants. We had a deluxe room
with a view to the valley, which was fantastic. Breakfast was good with

We did not eat in the hotel restaurant, therefore no comments -
It was an amazing experience staying at Giotto Hotel and Spa just
minutes from St. Francis' Basilica. The staff and facilities at
Giotto were terrific. The views from our room looking out over the
hillside city of Assissi and the plain below are unforgettable. We
enjoyed dinner at the hotel and it was exceptional and also
unforgettable. Our waiter was terrific. Perfect in every way!!!

Very good facilities and the best if you are driving it has a parking rigth in front of the Hotel. Satff very good and the restaurant food and service is superv. they provided a 10% discount to Hotel guests. - Charming place, rooms with a great view. Everything was lovely. Great location. Clean and spacious rooms. Highly recommend.

We arrived by taxi from the train station to a very friendly and welcoming greeting on a hot afternoon. The pool was wonderfully refreshing. As we were on foot the manager kindly drove us to Assisi where we spent a wonderful day and then we walked back to the hotel - all downhill - and then enjoyed another swim in the afternoon. Had a great room with a patio on the five floor. Great view. Very helpful friendly staff. The location is very close to the escalators going up to the main part of Perugia. Hotel has a pool which was a good way to cool off. - it is the best location... very near of the old center...

Staff was great. Very accommodating whenever we needed something like a shuttle ride to town. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice grounds and pool. Restaurant very good with excellent staff.
